We are a pharmaceutical company focused in the manufacturing and distribution of several Over the Counter brand categories.

We were established in Canada in 2001, as a subsidiary of a larger pharmaceutical group, with manufacturing and distribution facilities in countries such as: Mexico, Spain, Denmark, Argentina and Canada.

The company has been since 2006 under the ownership and direct management of the European arm of the group, Pharma-Vinci A/S Denmark.
